Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the information you provide. Material changes (extra items, access issues, additional stops) may adjust the final price.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancellations more than 7 days before the move are free; within 7 days a 25% admin fee applies; within 48 hours a 50% fee applies.
Payment
Invoice is issued on completion and payable within 7 days. We accept bank transfer and card.
Insurance
We carry full goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 7 days of completion.
Storage
Storage is billed monthly in advance. 14 days' notice is required to vacate. We reserve a lien over goods for unpaid storage fees.
Limits
We do not transport cash, jewellery, firearms, prescription medication or hazardous materials. Please carry these yourself.
