The most common mistake is renting too small, finding it doesn't fit, and stacking it badly. Here's what actually fits where.

Small unit, around 45 sq ft

Suits a 1-bed apartment or studio. Roughly a single bedroom of furniture plus 20 to 30 boxes.

Medium unit, around 80 sq ft

Suits a 2-bed terrace. Sofa, bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, 40 to 50 boxes.

Large unit, around 160 sq ft

Suits a 3-bed family home. Most of our customers fit comfortably in this size with a sensible pack.

Extra large, 320+ sq ft

Suits a 4-bed house, an office contents, or a 3-bed plus a workshop's worth of tools.
